Here’s what photo booth rental actually costs in Kelowna, and what affects the price.

Photo Booth Rental Prices in Kelowna

Shooting Stars packages start from $642 CAD. That gets you a photo booth at your event with a full-duration attendant, unlimited sessions, and digital delivery. Every person in the photo gets a print and a digital copy.

The price goes up based on a few things:

  • Which experience you choose (Open-Air, Sky 360, Glam, Studio, and more)
  • How long you need the booth
  • Custom print templates or branded overlays
  • Travel distance outside Kelowna

The Sky 360 is priced higher than a standard open-air booth. It’s a more involved setup, and it’s the only overhead 360 photo booth available in the Okanagan.

Why Most Kelowna Photo Booth Companies Don’t Show Prices

A few reasons. Some want to upsell you on the call. Some price differently for every client and don’t want to commit to a number. Some genuinely don’t have standard packages.

Regardless of which package you book, every event includes:

  • A trained attendant who stays from setup through breakdown
  • Unlimited sessions during your rental window
  • Every person in the photo gets a print and a digital copy
  • A custom print template with your event name or branding

The Sky 360 adds the overhead video experience. Glam adds a high-fashion black-and-white filter. The Audio Guestbook replaces the booth entirely with a vintage telephone your guests leave voice messages on. Each experience is priced on its own merit.

How Kelowna Photo Booth Prices Compare

We can’t speak to what competitors charge because none of them publish their rates. What we can tell you is that ours are on the page, there are no hidden fees, and we don’t add travel costs for events in Kelowna and West Kelowna.
